Step 1: Enable "Notify Surveillance Center" on Your Device
Before your phone can receive alerts, your camera needs permission to send them. This is the most common step users miss.
- Log in to your device via a web browser.
- Navigate to Configuration > Event > Event and Detection.
- Select Motion Detection and ensure it is enabled.
- Go to the Linkage Method tab and make sure Notify Surveillance Center is checked.
Pro Tip: Without checking "Notify Surveillance Center," the camera will record the event but will NEVER send the notification to your app.
